The kneaded dough, which is made by mixing wheat flour, salt, and water, is grilled in round molds, resulting in a rustic but deep flavor.<br> The famous local delicacy Hachinohe Senbei Soup contains special \u201cOtsuyu  Senbei\u201d that don\u2019t easily fall apart even when cooked. Many other flavors of Nanbu Senbei are now available as well.<br>*The products shown are examples.
